Making a claim for Personal Accident Insurance or ID Theft Insurance

When contacting the ACE claims department, please quote your policy number and have the following information to hand:

  • The name of Your policy and where it was purchased (EssentialFinance.co.uk)
  • Your policy number
  • A brief description of the circumstances of the claim
  • The date your policy was purchased
  • The date of the incident that led to the claim

It's important to have the above information available when you contact us to avoid any delay to your claim.
